We all have our “stuff.” It’s part of what makes us human. Some of this causes distress in our daily life that can lead to overwhelming emotions. As painful as life can sometimes feel, these moments provide the opportunity for growth and healing. My approach is genuine, straight forward, integrative, holistic, humorous and relational. I facilitate open and honest communication with clients. Developing trust and safety in our relationship is my foremost priority.
