Midtown Manhattan, New York & Online
As Seen in Bustle
Move towards a kinder relationship with yourself.
Anxiety and eating disorders are deeply intertwined. They are not character flaws. They are strategies to help manage overwhelm, fear, shame, perfectionism, or loss of control.
If this resonates, I see you. You are not broken. You are stuck in a pattern that once served you. Healing is possible.
Inclusive therapy that helps you rebuild trust with your body—without shame or blame.
Through embodied psychotherapy, you can process difficult experiences without re-traumatization, reduce anxiety, and explore a better relationship with yourself and others.
Convenient therapy in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
Reach out if you are struggling with:
Anxiety, control, or constant mental noise
Rigid food rules or deep fear of weight gain
Binge and/or restrict cycles
Planning your life around food, working out, or body image
Mental exhaustion from trying to “get it right”
Noticing patterns of approval seeking, overthinking or people pleasing
You don’t need to be “ready” or have a diagnosed eating disorder to work with me. Curiosity is enough.

Recovery from anxiety and eating disorders is not about willpower
It’s about self-compassion, regulation, understanding, and learning new ways to cope. Recovery is possible. I specialize in the following therapeutic modalities to make that happen:
You can invite more wellbeing in your life.
I’m a licensed and nationally Board-Certified Art Therapist practicing in Midtown Manhattan and online in NJ. I hold post-graduate training in embodied treatment for eating disorders, anxiety and traumatic stress.
Disordered eating, body image issues and insecurity do not exist in isolation. They are shaped by relational patterns, culture, and disconnection. That’s why I use an embodied holistic approach to treatment.
