As Seen in Bustle

Welcome! I’m Abby, a creative anxiety and trauma therapist.

You’ve done everything “right.” You’re thoughtful, intelligent, driven—and still, something feels off.

I offer therapy for women who are:

  • Insightful, self-aware, and ready to go deeper

  • Struggling with anxiety, stress, panic, flashbacks, insecurity or those who feel unsafe in relationships

  • Tired of repeating the same patterns

  • Wanting to overcome perfectionism, people pleasing, or body image issues

  • Motivated to do meaningful inner work

If this resonates, I see you. You are not broken-but might be ‘stuck’ in unhelpful patterns that once served you.

Through art therapy and holistic psychotherapy, I will help you rebuild calm.

I support high-achieving women by helping them reduce anxiety, process difficult experiences without re-traumatization, and explore a better relationship with themselves and others.

Looking for a different approach to Anxiety or Trauma Treatment?

Move beyond traditional talk therapy.

I’m a Licensed and Nationally Board-Certified Art Therapist practicing in Midtown Manhattan and online in NJ. I hold post-graduate training in creative, evidence-based, and embodied treatment for anxiety, traumatic stress and body image issues.

I believe that anxiety, worry, and insecurity are shaped by relational patterns, lived experiences, internalized narratives and biology. That’s why I use a holistic approach to heal the root of anxiety and trauma.

You don’t have to keep living in survival mode.

There is another way to feel—more grounded, more confident, more like yourself. Through Art Therapy and holistic therapeutic approaches, you can:

  • Access emotions that are hard to verbalize

  • Increase understanding and self-compassion

  • Feel more safe and secure in relationships

  • Release stored tension and survival responses

  • Create a more supportive internal dialog

If this resonates, I can help.
