Reach out if you are:

  • Tired of feeling insecure, or preoccupied with your self-image

  • In recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or any disordered eating patterns

  • Struggling with anxiety, over-control, or traumatic stress

  • Noticing patterns of approval seeking, overthinking or panic

You don’t need to be “ready” or have a diagnosed eating disorder to work with me. Curiosity is enough.

You can learn to trust your intuition, and invite more wellbeing in your life.

I’m a licensed and nationally Board-Certified Art Therapist practicing in Midtown Manhattan and online in NY & NJ. I hold post-graduate training in embodied treatment for eating disorders, anxiety and traumatic stress.

Disordered eating, body image issues and insecurity do not exist in isolation. They are shaped by relational patterns, culture, trauma, anxiety, and disconnection. That’s why I use an embodied holistic approach to treatment.
